PSPT

Global IT companies today are on a high growth path, recruiting engineers by the hundreds each year. Companies with competencies on specialized domains require resources with the right skill sets at both fresher and lateral levels. While some of these recruits are at a lateral level, the majority are freshers with no project experience.

This leads to the following issues:

  • Difficult, time consuming and expensive process of identifying, recruiting and training high quality talent.
  • Low effectiveness of training conducted in a short period of time.
  • Difficulty in developing soft skills related to productivity in a short period of time.
  • Loss of precious management time in the recruitment and induction of freshers.

The 4 stage PSPT process involves our clients from the start, from designing the course, screening institutions for resourcing through to screening individual candidates for the training program. At the end of the PSPT program, the client is presented with project-ready resources trained on specific skills.

The 4 step process of the PSPT program are :

  • Screening & selection of 3rd year Engineering Students or final year MCA/MCS students from chosen institutes.
  • Training of selected students on particular skills for 10 months in the college campus or at Amplify's own campus in Pune.
  • Regular evaluation and counselling for each student.
  • Training in Pune for 3-4 weeks, ending with final assessment & formal induction at client site
